Benchmark timing starts, by default, at the launch of a card. The benchmark notice will pop up to the right of the tracker at 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and every 30 minutes after that. When you click Acknowledge Benchmark, it makes a note in the log history.
You can turn off the benchmarks by switching the toggle at the bottom of the benchmark notice. **Once you turn the benchmarks off, they can not be turned back on.
If your agency chooses to have the benchmarks be manually started, and not have them start at the launch of a card, it will show at the top of the page:
To turn them on, click Activate Benchmark Notice, which will open up a side panel.
Click the drop down box under Enter Benchmark’s start. Choose from minute increments up to 10 minutes before or after.
Click activate after you make your choice.
You can also turn on or off benchmarks by clicking on Tools in the top left corner. Switch the toggle by Benchmark Notice.
*Note - benchmarks can not be turned back on after they have been turned off.
