Benchmarks

Benchmark timing starts, by default, at the launch of a card.  The benchmark notice will pop up to the right of the tracker at 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and every 30 minutes after that.  When you click Acknowledge Benchmark, it makes a note in the log history.

You can turn off the benchmarks by switching the toggle at the bottom of the benchmark notice.  You can turn the benchmarks back on by clicking on Tools, Benchmark Settings.  A side panel will open allowing you to turn the Benchmark Notice on and choose when to start.

If you have a benchmark that is awaiting confirmation, a notice will display at the top of the page. Also, an orange dot will show by Tools.  Click View Benchmark Notice at the top, or click Tools - Benchmark Settings, to bring up the Benchmark Notice for acknowledgement.

If your agency chooses to have the benchmarks be manually started, and not have them start at the launch of a card, it will show at the top of the page:

To turn them on, click Activate Benchmark Notice, which will open up a side panel.

Click the drop down box under Enter Benchmark’s start.  Choose from minute increments up to 10 minutes before or after.

Click activate after you make your choice.
