Triggered Contacts

When a specific alarm level is reached and an action needs to be taken, a Triggered Contact window will pop on to the right of the tracker.



Once complete, click Acknowledge Contact, which will then show as acknowledged. 




The completed action will be noted in the log history. 


If there is a triggered contact that has yet to be acknowledged, it will display with an indicator like so:



Click the Triggered Contacts button to bring the information up in a side panel for acknowledgement.
