In the dispatch panel, there is the Departments Tab. It lists the In Division and Out of Division Agencies currently due on the card. Out of Division agencies listed will have the Division they are in and the phone number to that dispatch center.
By default, the Out of Division agencies due to respond now will display. To view all Out of Division Resource information that is on the card, you can toggle to Show All.
When Show All is turned on, the agencies currently due to respond are listed first, and the Next Alarms display below.
**If a phone number changes or needs to be updated, contact HIEBA admin.
