Removing a Resource
1. In the Resources list, find the resource you want to remove.
2. On the far right of the row, click the eye icon to open the Resource Preview. The number under the Box Cards column shows how many cards have that resource.
3. Review the box cards where the resource is currently assigned. You can click View Box Card under Actions to see where the resource is on the card.
4. Click Update Resource.
5. Click the red Remove Resource link.
Ideally, it's best to have zero box cards affected before you remove a resource. Clicking Remove Resource when there are impacted box cards will result in that resource being automatically removed them the cards. It is suggested to contact the owner of the impacted card to allow them to update their card prior to it being automatically remove.
6. Upon clicking Remove Resource, a warning will appear if there are any impacted cards affected by the removal.
7. If you wish to proceed with permanently removing the resource, click Yes, Delete Resource.
**Reminder, the resource will be automatically removed from the impacted cards** If users from the affected agency have opted in for resource removal notifications, they will receive an email advising that the resource has been removed.
