To begin building your card, click on a plus ( + ). A side panel will open to the right. It will automatically fill in the Alarm Level and Resource Type depending on which plus you selected. Choose the Division and Agency of the resource. Then, choose from the Resources To Add list. You may add a Resource Label, if desired.
When all required information has been entered, you will have the option to click Add Resource.
To add a resource to change of quarters on one level and have the same resource move to the scene at the next level, first click on the plus sign where the resource would be due to respond to the scene. In this example, 1st alarm engine.
Fill in the Resource Division, Agency, and Resource to Add. Resource Label is optional. Next, click on the box that says Also Add to “Change of Quarters” (by the red arrow above).
This then allows you to Select the Change of Quarters Alarm Level, which would be a lower level. You have the option to add a Change of Quarters Label (such as “to Fill Site”). Then, select the Division, Agency and Station where the resource will respond to.
Click Add Resource.
The resource will appear in both areas. In this example, 1st alarm Engine and Working Still Change of Quarters.
If your Change of Quarters resource is to remain at that level without being called to the scene at a higher level, click the plus in the Change of Quarters column to add. This process is the same as when adding a resource to any other quadrant, except you must select the resource you are requesting.
Interdivisional Request
Add up to three divisions. Click Add. You can 1) scroll to the desired division 2) enter the division number or 3) start typing the name of the division. Click on the choice and then click Submit.
