Draft cards are cards that are not yet active. They are either still being built or are in the approvals process. The draft cards automatically save as you make progress. You can access your draft cards by clicking on Box Cards, Draft Cards.
Cards that have not been routed for approval yet show as Draft status. Cards that are in the approvals process state Pending Approval.
If your card is in draft status, you can click on View Draft. That brings you to the Draft Card Preview page. You can click on Edit Draft which makes the card editable, to add or remove information. When the card is as you want it, you can click Route for Approval to send it through the approvals process.
If your card shows as Pending Approval for the status, you can click View Draft, which will show which resources have been approved and which are still needing a response.
If you click Approval Status, it gives a detailed view of which resources have been approved, by whom and when, and which are still pending approval, with how many days there are left before the 30 day auto approve date.
You can edit a pending approval card by clicking Edit Pending Approval. This is if you have a rejection on a card, or need to make an update to a card that has already been sent for approval.
If you add a new resource, you will need to route the card for approval again, and the new agency responsible for that resource will get an approval notification. If you remove a resource, you will not need to route for approval; just click Save and Preview.
