To access account settings, click on your name in the upper right hand corner and choose Settings.



On a mobile device, click on the 3 lines at the top left of your screen, and choose Settings


In the Account Settings window, you can preview your information.  You can update your phone, email and password here (see Change Password section below). To make any updates, click Update Account at the top.  When finished, select Update and Preview. 




On mobile, click the blue Update Account button to make your updates.




You can update your Notifications by clicking Manage Notifications. Toggle on the notifications you wish to receive. 




This is where you can turn on Box Alarm Notifications.


You can choose to receive an email and/or text notification for box card activations, which are sent out as soon as the box card is launched. 

*Receiving a notification does not necessarily mean you are on that card.  View the tracker to see if/where your agency is on the card so you can plan accordingly.


You will receive an email any time your division launches a card, with a link to access the tracker.  





You can also choose to receive a text message notification for your Home Division and/or Interdivisional.  You will receive a text message that signals that there has been a Box Alarm Notification.  Access the tracker on your device, via Running Cards, to view the card.  

Here is an example of a text message.  Clicking on the location (if it was included by dispatch at the time of the launch) will open up a map with directions. 




Change Password


You may also change your password at anytime by navigating to Settings.




  A new window will show that allows you to update with a new password.  You will need to enter it twice to ensure accuracy.  The password needs to have at least 8 characters, one uppercase, and one symbol. 



If the password is acceptable, you will have the option to click Change Password. You will receive an email confirmation advising that your password has been changed.
