To access account settings, click on your name in the upper right hand corner and choose Settings.



On a mobile device, click on the 3 lines at the top left of your screen, and choose Settings


In the Account Settings window, you can preview your information.  To make any updates, click Update Account at the top.



On mobile, click the blue Update Account button to make your updates.




You can update your email or phone number, and add secondary options.



This is where you can turn on Box Alarm Notifications.


You can choose to receive an email notification for your Home Division and/or Interdivisional.  You will receive an email any time the selected division(s) launches a card, with a link to access the tracker.  It does not necessarily mean you are on that card.  View the tracker to see if/where your agency is on the card so you can plan accordingly.



You can also choose to receive a text message notification for your Home Division and/or Interdivisional.  You will receive a text message that signals that there has been a Box Alarm Notification.  At this time, that is all that shows.  Access the tracker on your device, via Running Cards, to view the card.  

Here is an example of a text message.  Clicking on the location (if it was included by dispatch at the time of the launch) will open up a map with directions. 




Change Password


You may also change your password at anytime by selecting Change Password.  A new window will show that allows you to update with a new password.  You will need to enter it twice to ensure accuracy.  The password needs to have at least 8 characters, one uppercase, and one symbol. 



If the password is acceptable, you will have the option to click Change Password. You will receive an email confirmation advising that your password has been changed.
